No dia 16 de setembro de 2021, o presidente do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Transporte Rodoviários de Ouro Preto, Mariana e Itabirito (STTROP), Sr. Wanderson Epifânio, junto com o Presidente da Federação dos Trabalhadores em Transporte Rodoviários de Minas Gerais (FETTROMINAS), Sr. Erivaldo Adami, reuniram-se com o Presidente do Conselho Regional de Minas Gerais do Serviço Social do Transporte e Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem do Transporte (SEST/SENAT), Senhor Rubens Lessa Carvalho. Na oportunidade, o Sr. Wanderson Epifânio e o Sr. Erivaldo Adami, apresentaram ao presidente do SEST/SENAT o pedido da inclusão da cidade de Mariana no plano de expansão das UNIDADES SEST/SENAT. O pedido tem a finalidade de trazer para região A UNIDADE SEST SENAT, construindo assim mais um meio de oferecer serviços de qualificação profissional e de saúde aos trabalhadores do transporte, aos seus dependentes e a toda a comunidade da cidade e região.
